5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are ready for transport at the agreed-upon time. This includes packing and labeling items unless packing services are provided by us.

5.1 Access

Clients must ensure that our team has appropriate access to the property, including parking spaces and entry points. Any restrictions or special instructions should be communicated in advance.

6. Liability

Balham Man with Van is fully insured for loss or damage to personal belongings during transit. However, we are not liable for items that are not properly packed or secured.

6.1 Claims

In the event of loss or damage, clients must notify us within 48 hours of the service. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

7. Insurance
